MOURINHO MADE A FUNNY REACTION WHEN THE REFEREE SKIPPED A RED CARD FOR STERLING

Numerous stories out of the football pitch have never been tedious when it comes to famous coach Jose Mourinho. Recently, he has caught public attention once again in the play between Tottenham and Man City of the Champion League.

On the 13th minute, Raheem Sterling was fully determined to make an all-killed goal towards Dele Alli. Man City player used his shoe sole to hit his compatriot and was immediately punished with a yellow card.

However, coach Jose Mourinho did not satisfy with this decision and acclaimed that Sterling deserved to be on a red card instead of a yellow one. He saw red and hit the roof about the Man City’s penalty a few minutes afterwards.

The efforts to succeed on the 11m of Ilkay Gundogan then were tackled by Hugo Lloris. However, on the next position, Sterling head towards the ball and fell on the ground who seemingly touched the French goalie.

The situation then was assessed by the VAR technology and Man City was decided to not have the second penalty. However, at this time, Sterling was furious as Sterling still did not deserve an expulsion from the match after a fake fall.

After being announced by the assistant about the previous yellow card of Sterling in a foul being involved in Alli, Mourinho kept calm, put the bottle of water down and started complaining.

The funniest thing is that on the very first minutes, Mourinho almost forgot about this preliminary yellow card of Sterling. After being reminded, he raced to complain this to the referee. However, the referee of the match, Scott left to another corner of the pitch wordlessly. Too impotent, Mourinho yelled at Mr. Mike Dean and Graham Scott to talk about an immediate expulsion for Sterling.
